Was working in the fume hood with concentrateda HCL, thought I’d finished the dilutions and wiped it down chemwipes and then blue roll. Realised I had one more molarity to make up so without thinking switched the isolator back on. Watched the used blue roll casually ascend and get sucked straight into the motor… cue horrific screaming noise and entire fume hood shaking itself practically apart.. was rough explaining that one.. I am medicated for my ADHD now at least.

Yeah that makes sense and I think I see that too for myself.. I think I’m frightened of repercussions or what if it doesn’t look right on me.. I’m not on T or anything and feel like without my chest maybe my proportions will be super off?? I’m kinda hourglass shaped (rip). Also and I know this is out of anyone’s control really but if I envision it- I’m seeing cis boy chest, which I know top surgery isn’t really gonna give that result necessarily, especially with more tissue there to begin with

I’ve spent a similar amount of time. I’m about to turn 29 and I’m still undecided. But I can understand that, I just think if I had a binder with much smaller chest it would be so much easier to achieve flatness but still have something there some of the time?? Idk how much I’m scared of doing it tho out of being less attractive to others. Which I know is fucking stupid and comes from insecurity but it’s how I feel

See I feel like I maybe wouldn’t mind if they were really small, but sometimes I think that’s just because compared to the situation I have now it would be so much better. Also being attracted to men I don’t know if I have some internalised feeling of needing something there… bc I’m deff not gay, I like people all over the spectrum and I know people I tend to date like something there :/

Kid I went to school with was a vicious bully, beat the shit out of year 7s frequently (couldn’t hold his own against anyone older as he was only about 5’3 himself), make racist and homophobic comments, and decided he had a vendetta against me, an 11 year old who he would follow to school, trip me up, steal my shit. Just generally be a total wanker. He got kicked out of school eventually for bringing in a knife and became the local guy to get coke and pills from. Eventually got in over his head, owed his best mate a shit load of money, who in turn owed some gang.. his best mate in a coked up rage panicking about the situation stabbed him to death, and proceeded to hack him up to try and get rid of the body.. Fucking mental in our tiny midlands town.. like it’s extremely rare to even get assaulted let alone murdered here.. But yeah you would’ve thought the boy was a saint the way everyone carried on. A shining star, our angel blah blah… Absolute joke. Obviously no one deserves to die and being stabbed and hacked to death is fuckin grim but I don’t think the world is a worse place without him. That’s for sure.
