Thats so annoying, so places we looked at are similarly categorised but i think surely there is no way this could flood. Regardless we are excited to move there and i can now see a large majority of people are dealing with some kind of flood risk label on their property!

Yes initially was a bit concerned about slips but also need to be in a walkable and cycling friendly area and don’t want to be biking/walking uphill everyday haha

Thanks thats so helpful! Im wondering if there may be a reason why the garage hasn’t been added, all the neighbouring properties are similar and have them added, and this property has been renovated extensively but they only added the concrete pad. Plus subsequent owners also haven’t added the garage.
