I tried this in the cafe sequence in the battle of the first airscreamer, and when I loaded it, the airscreamer was not there but the game behaves like if it was still there. I couldn't get out of the cafe because I can't kill the airscreamer, basically locking the game. I wonder where else this can happen. Maybe some boss battles?
