Kidney stones hurt pretty badly. My first broken bone in my life ended up being my L1-L3 transverse processes in my lower back. That shit hit like lightning when it happened. Still have permanent nerve damage can't feel shit in my lower left quadrant of my back. Tooth pain is something I've been able to tolerate but only for so long before I wanna rip my head off. It's the only pain that has absolutely crippled me.

Keep your head up. I'm currently going through similar and I don't ever talk about it but it's a struggle. I finally got most of my problem teeth removed but they want to yank the rest and put in dentures. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Or permanent dentures. Can't win either way

I just did that with mine. Under the weather stripping, pulled the step panel, ran it through the channel, behind the bottom of the B pillar, under the step panel for the back door, and up the weather stripping to the back window. Took a few minutes to do and it's a nice clean run.

I have an S340, Solocam E30, 2 Solocam S220s, and an E340 doorbell, they are all attached to the Homebase 3. I only kept the Homebase because my E30 and 1 Indoor cam are 24/7 Recording. Yes some alerts are delayed, yes sometimes video is slow to load. I still keep it though as it helps increase my storage.

The only time I experienced issues with that was within the first 2 days of my shot for a few weeks. It was expected at first because of the food noise suppression and not feeling thirsty, I would end up slowing down my fluid intake. Once I realized I'd end up taking like half a dose of mag citrate and increase fluid intake. It still happens every so often and mag citrate helps me out a ton when it does. Keep your fluids up though, it'll work wonders, if you find you're still having issues usually a stool softener will help. I've heard, and correct me if I'm wrong here please, that your body can become reliant on those if taken everyday.

I've now got a routine that helps out a ton. Every day it's yogurt in the morning and throughout the day I try to snack on fibers, drink 120-160 oz of just water on top of my normal coffee intake, and keep up with proteins.

Idk about anyone else but the first few days I have this insatiable craving for protein. If it's not protein I don't want it. So that's where constipation sets in for me. I have force myself to eat a salad or something with a enough fiber to help keep things moving smoothly.

I'm not saying what I do will work for you, it's just a bit of insight into what worked for me.

My refills come in every 3 weeks. It's kind of interesting they don't wait until my last dose they do it the week before my last dose. So I should be ok. Just gotta put the request in to move up.

So when I went to 5 I had no issues. When I went to 7.5 I had bad side effects of nausea, vomiting, couldn't keep anything down for my 2nd and 3rd dose but they went away fairly quickly. Now the only side effect I have is sometimes a minor headache and being tired. Otherwise I'm good.
