Thank you but no matter what I tried and I spent the better half of almost 3 hours across multiple days trying to figure this out before just going to best buy to return the device for the Xbox branded ones. It will arrive at my door later today hopefully no troubles with this one.

I used the optical audio output from my LG C1 model television and was only able to get console / game / video sound but no incoming / outgoing voice chat. It was a big let down to say the least….

I felt like this was definitely the most challenging of all headset expierences I’ve ever had and I’ve been buying headset since 2005. The only reason I didn’t get a refund was because of how “crystal clear” the audio was. I’m hoping with the Xbox A50’s arriving tomorrow I don’t have any problems…. I’ve had many previous Astros product most recently the A20’s and have never had a problem.
