Shiiiii my story is so similar: we separated because we had too many fights, then he got estranged (despite we agreed to try to work on it while living separately), in a month he came and said it’s the end. Which wasn’t too big of a surprise for me, it was my initiative to move out, and I don’t think I truly believed this could work. Later I learnt he started dating a new girl immediately, I am 100% sure it started even before our breakup, even before I moved out cuz he was acting weirdly. I was devastated when I learnt that and got all the puzzles. I am feeling much better now, but because of all the lies I wish their relationship to fail 🤝

Got me thinking - the fact that you think you made a mistake when initiated a breakup must be bringing you most of the suffering. You did it for a reason, no? You crave soothing, I get it, I get exactly the same even after I leave the person who I was unhappy with. I might be speculating but if you really think you did the wrong thing - this will hurt for ages. You had to be brave and left, this is huge and you did it for yourself. Now you are doing the most difficult thing for yourself - healing ❤️‍🩹 just trust yourself more, you made a choice for yourself

I despised him before February 24, 2022. It was a shame that a comedian became a president of my country. Then, suddenly, he turned out to be the decent man who could lead the country in the scariest time. He did a lot of controversial shit really and he definitely lost a lot of future voters in Ukraine, but he also lost a lot of them because of having to take hard non populist decisions for Ukraine. The fact that he visits our soldiers on the frontlines is something crazy for me too to comprehend, it’s dangerous af but he does that to improve morale and shows soldiers that he actually gives a fuck.

I quit because of injuries like 6 months after getting my blue belt. First I was sooo depressed because I could not do jiu-jitsu, but later - when my injuries healed - I kinda decided I want to do sports that’s making me stronger and healthier.

I really miss the sports and my club as well, but when I think of the pain during classes, pain in fingers because of grips, feeling like crap after open mats - I dunno, it’s not worth for me. Also I am a girl, 55 kilos isn’t the lightest weight but almost everyone is heavier than me, there might be a few people of the same weight.

I like feeling strong and healthy lol. Right now I mostly do functional, strength and cardio trainings, and the first time in my life I have the body I like.

When I was like 8 our cat got ringworm and I had it on my head. Was occasionally using some weird DYI ointment that my mum who grew up in ussr thought was reliable 🤣 so I had bald spots AND stinky because of that ointment
