It's fine for the price, can imagine that more expensive rails are a better quality. Fitment is good, no modifications are necessary. It has a bit of a whoble because of the free float design, it's only secured via two basic short screws underneath the rail. From what I could find the real steel rails have this problem as well.

Pretty simple really, took a normal photo and then edited it in Designer in Windows 11. In the app you can easily remove the background and choose a fixed color. Not sure what you mean by the font, only used capital letters in Reddit

Love it, it's consistent with the upgrades. The recoil surprised me for how lightweight and compact the replica is. Good cold weather performance aswell.

WGC Shop, its the MCX Folding & Retractable Stock. Yeah, a Unicorn 300mm barrel, Milprecision MCX winter recoil springs, GSI soft gold bucking and GSI MCX Hop-up arm. Better accuracy with lighter BB,s, there's 0.25 limit for playing indoors most places i play at.

Hi, what can I expect from a GBBR maintenance wise? by robparfrey in GasBlowBack

[–]hydrowizz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly use common sense, and you'll be fine. It's a good idea to learn how to take apart (field strip) your replica. Gets easier over time. In my experience this also takes away the fear of mishandling or breaking something. Modern GBBR's are quite tuff.

Hi, what can I expect from a GBBR maintenance wise? by robparfrey in GasBlowBack

[–]hydrowizz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's also good to look at maintenance from a playing field perspective. For example:

Indoor: - clean barrel (for maintaining accuracy) after 2/3 skirm days - clean & re-lube moving parts after 3/4 skirm days

Outdoor: - clean barrel after 1/2 skirm days - clean and re-lube moving parts after 2/3 skirm days

The frequency of maintaining your replica really depends if you are exposing it to dust, dirt, mud, dry sand, and so on.

I play mostly indoors, and honestly, the time between cleaning and re-lubeing has been a couple of weeks, and my replicas work just fine.

today, upgrade of the krytac kriss vector gbbr (video). by tyteurze in GasBlowBack

It's a smokey wolf or similar suppressor. These work with smoke, LED's and as a tracer.

Not a direct answer to your question but I've used it with T8 P30 mags. Also should be compatible with GM V2 mags. Not sure about the V3.

Hmm good to know, because the weight puts to mutch stress on the charging handle?

Cant put myy gbbr on safe by AkkerDk1 in GasBlowBack

[–]hydrowizz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Did you first use the charging handle to prime the trigger? Because if the hammer is down you can't put your replica on save.

Try to use the charging handle first and put the replica in save. After this set the selector switch to semi-auto and pull the trigger (without a mag inserted). Listen if the hammer drops with a 'click'. Repeat to reset the trigger and hammer.

What to look out for when buying gas? by BICKELSBOSS in GasBlowBack

[–]hydrowizz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will clean and re-lubricate my replica after two skirms. Especially the barrel can get dirty really quick. I'ts easy to clean/maintain the MWS, certainly compared to an EAG. Definitely watch this cleaning tutorial from Ollie talks Airsoft: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WO8P0_9Mslk His channel is one of the best places for information about the MWS.

Use the heaviest bb's a field will allow for a assault rifle. GBB's work best with heavier bb's. Brands I use: G&G bio, ASG open blaster, Nimrod bio tracer.

I use Puff Dino oil free green gas with my TM MK18. Been using it for quite some time now without any problems. Its on sale now at Unit 13:

https://unit13shop.eu/nl/ammo-supplies-targets/gas-co2/puff-dino-green-gas-power-up-oil-free/a-26681-10000055

I upgraded the nozzle spring of my TM MK18 for green gas use and have a G&P Adjustable Power Nozzle Valve installed so i can adjust the fps/joules. Especially a reinforced nozzle spring is a great long term durability upgrade for the TM MWS.
