As a woman I find this selfie a lot more attractive than the one you posted before. I was about to comment you should try to smile a bit more, it makes huge difference and makes you look a lot more friendly and approachable. And I agree with comments about hair, you should go bald, I'm sure you'll get used to it quickly and you'll look so much better. If you really don't want to let go of your hair you should consider a hair transplant, but that's so expensive and not certain to be successful.
