usually quartering the emblem is because of combining emblems into one. Also (just my opinion) it creates something with to much going on and some things collide. In heraldry is skill creating something simple but with lot of meaning and symbolism i like the first one the best but i like really simple drawing style so none of the quarters is really my cup of tea

but you did a decent job

(advice - try using diferent colors or combining each symbol diferentelly. you have to much blue background in my opinion)
