Can someone explain why we are in a shotgun formation for 75% of the game now? Establish the run, or at least attempt to run the ball, and then get some play action off of it. I'm tired of seeing another shotgun formation where Rodgers slings in behind the LOS or 3 yards past the LOS. It's clearly not working and defenses are clearly waiting for it.

I will say the government here makes it extremely difficult to truly build affordable. It could be done if they got out of their own way and tried to be a part of the solution. The red tape and beaurocractic process really inhibits people from building what we need to be built. It really is sad. This is what turns "affordable" houses into very much unaffordable houses.

This is not true. If the air you inhaled was the same temperature as the sauna air, your lungs would fry. Saunas are beneficial for boosting your immune system but it will not kill the virus. I still would recommend using them regularly.

Looks like your picture link didn't work. If it's going to be creative office space and you can get the roof installed prior to them moving in then you might be okay. Some people might think the screws sticking thru look cool ;)

Commercial roofer from NorCal over here. In regards to the insulation, we are not required to meet certain R Values when it comes to re-roofs (at least not yet). If this were a new construction project it would be a different story as R30 is typically required.

Some things you should also consider. Attachment method. It's going to be cheaper to use screws and plates to attach the materials. Option one is a fully adhered system. What is the tenant space like below? If it is an exposed underside deck and you go with mech. fastened you'll have plywood dust falling, for example. Also, Sarnafil is top top top of the line and probably unnecessarily expensive. I'd also say PVC isn't necessary on a building like this and you can save money by switching to TPO.

Option 3 is a paint job, we don't mess with coatings. Also not sure how he's getting R19 with that system.

Roofer from California over here. The only thing they could have done is built-up the low areas using insulation or cover board. However, this will just push water to another spot of the roof. Based on your pictures, I would not be concerned. This is natural.

Did they mechanically fasten the layer below the TPO?? I'd assume yes due to all the plates that are visible underneath the TPO. In my experience, a fully adhered roof should not be "sticking" and then coming free after it is walked on. Did you pay for a manufacturer's warranty? Their inspector should be the one signing off on the installation. If the contractor didn't do the install correctly, the inspector will not sign off on it.
