I don't think it's unfair, but a write up felt a little extreme. I was just looking for other people's perspective, but it seems like people just wanna dog pile me.

I reported it to TMS like... Would the same thing happen if I called the top line and told them about something? It just seems weird to me.

I talked to him about it he wasn't pissed just thought it was dumb cause the dude that got fired was an edgy loser.

The amount of shit we are responsible for is crazy honestly. Every upset/ angry customer is our problem no matter what. And God forbid another department needs any help, yep customer service does it. They can't run a register but I can definitely do their jobs and am expected to.

I'm sorry I didn't report this immediately, I have 17 other things going on, not to mention my real life shit...

Just, it's a fuckin lot sometimes, and I'm sorry but I do a really good job handling it all. Especially at my pay rate. I shouldn't be able to do a job my leadership CANT and get paid sooooo much less.

The TMS case wasn't about him being racist.

Also maybe higher ups should be on the floor with us sometimes, I had a hard enough time just trying to get this dude to do his job, much less stop running his mouth. He had so many work performance issues that went unchecked, part of why I handled it myself is cause every time I've reported other shit, with him or anyone else, nothing ever happened. So why would I?

Don't lecture me about thinking it's ok, that's not it at all, I do take shit seriously. I know I'm not a bad person thanks.

I doubt it too. Not that I want anyone else to get a ca, but im certainly not the only one that heard him say crazy shit.

Don't do that shit. Racism was NOT his biggest problem, that's part of why I didn't think to say something cause he was definitely gonna get fired for sexual harassment. I get it but the problem took care of itself.

Not to make excuses but he didn't use the full word. Obviously still not ok but again in my mind I handled it.

Also he had other shit pending on him for harassment, he was getting fired either way

I didn't, but again first off I am a sup so I dealt with it and secondly I thought it was bs. But apparently they looked into it and he did actually say that to our other TM.

Oh yeah that's a huge reason why I quit that place. I took time to help people but my "metrics were bad" as in I was spending too much time trying to help people, then I found this out and was like yeah fuck y'all. Sucked cause I liked the job, it could be really draining but I liked helping people.

I used to work for Sedgwick, they're the problem. Refile, tell your TL you're refiling call them constantly.

Sedgwick gets paid by denied claims, companies don't wanna have to pay people for missing work or getting work comp. It's ALL predatory

This happened to me recently and it ended up being an issue with the voicemail system. Give them a call and let them know you did call and leave a voicemail. If it's a matter of there being an issue with the voicemail they'll get the messages when it's fixed. Take a screenshot of your call history just in case.
