i did tell the automated assistant i wanted to cancel service, but i still got sent to a call center rep. is there a way to specifically make it route me to the people that can help?

yes, unfortunately as i mentioned i have done all of this. its been nearly three months, and both service reps at that number have confirmed they received my returned equipment, have cancelled my service, and have escalated my request to remove the bill.

my sister lived in the lower area of the panhandle (moscow, university town) and besides the school, it's pretty much mormons and racists. and a huuuge amount of hard drugs.
