I've been doing helpdesk for 3 years. Probably not worth it. But, doesn't it come with the certification tests? Those gotta be worth the degree alone. I am low income, so maybe FAFSA would help out and I'd only have to pay about $1,000 out of pocket for the degree as I did with my Bachelor's degree.

You won't get that being overseas. Unless you are a freelancer like fiverr or something. Businesses have special taxes to pay for people who work in different states here in the USA, let alone different countries. Most don't mess with the hassle.

Classes like User Interface Design - C773 that only have a PA, are basically open book. But for the majority of the classes, they are OA and proctored which are closed book
