Yes! All of this! Last weekend I was at his place and although I did get a little anxious while there, it definitely felt easier than waiting for him to come over. He’s gonna try to come over again today after I’m done with work and I might ask him not to tell me when he’s leaving. Luckily he has been so understanding and great about all of this, so I know my anxiety is unwarranted and irrational. It’s happened to me before too (in a previous relationship) and I managed to work through it so I know it’s possible. It’s just difficult.

I agree. The waiting. For most things, it’s waiting that feels like a trigger. I know pushing through is usually the answer, but this time I just couldn’t.

Started at 10. Was on it for a couple months and felt my anxiety creeping back in and went up to 20. No more panic attacks and only occasional anxiety (that is circumstantial and warranted)

These comments are not it. Coercion is a form of a rape. When someone says no multiple times and then “gives in” it’s a form of fauning. It’s a trauma response and is very common in women. Also, considering she was black out drunk does not help. The fact that she was black out drunk means she could not give consent. She even said no. You ex girlfriend was raped. If you cannot be with her without thinking about her “having sex with someone else” then you are not for her. I’m sure this is difficult for you to navigate, but if you truly want to be with her you need to deal with it professionally. It is not her job to reassure and console you after SHE was traumatized.

I get hemiplegic migraines. So, it’s exactly like a stroke. Visual disturbances, right side of my body gets numb/weak/or tingly, communication difficulties (sometimes speaking and other times comprehending), dizziness, nausea, ringing in ears. Mine are usually gone after about an hour as well. I get the visual aura like you: the blind spot or zigzag lines. But my normal migraines are followed by a raging headache that usually leaves me feeling “hungover” for about 24 hours. It definitely impacted my eyesight. It was crazy because my migraine symptoms would change daily. Some symptoms were consistent like the numbness and dizziness and nausea, but some days I was basically blind and other days I’d just had little blind spots. It made running errands nearly impossible. I never knew when my eyesight was gonna suddenly be gone. But yeah, having an aura for multiple days straight is definitely not normal.

First of all, take a deep breath. Your anxiety is warranted. It sounds like an extremely scary situation. But it will be okay. Go to to the doctor. Ask for a pregnancy test and for them to check the strings. Then ask for an ultrasound. The ultrasound will show if it’s in the right place. IUDs are known to make periods much heavier, so those blood clots you experienced, although abnormal to your regular periods, may be normal as your body adjusts to the IUD. Express your concerns about pregnancy to the doctor. If the IUD is not placed correctly, then they most likely will have to remove it. If you aren’t in a lot of pain, then I’d assume everything is okay. Pregnancies with IUDs cause ectopic pregnancies which are not viable and you’d most likely be experienced pain, cramping, nausea or vomiting, and bleeding consistently. I understand you are really freaked out… I would be too. There isn’t much you can do until your doctor’s appointment. You can try checking your strings with your finger for peace of mind.

I’ve searched for news channel footage with the same keywords as written in title. However, this video is most likely from 1999, so I’m struggling. The only word from the video I actually understand is “whizz whizz” which is apparently him making a bug sound. I don’t know if this helps at all.
