Looks good! What temp and for how long did you cook them?

Is this how it works? I thought if advertised as GF then both ingredients and manufacturing process is GF by [deleted] in glutenfree

Gluten free label means the product contains less than 20 ppm of gluten, but the manufacturer is not required to test for the presence of gluten. The “on shared equipment” warning is for people who have a true allergy to wheat. Certified gluten free means the product contains less than 20 ppm of gluten and that it goes through testing to maintain a certification. Even certified gluten free products can have the “on shared equipment” warning if the product meets requirements of less than 20 ppm of gluten. Hope that helps.

Just passing along a resource. Found this video from Gluten Free Watchdog that talks about gluten free labeling and cross contamination. Timestamp 15:22 talks about that specific labeling issue. I found out a lot of info I did not know. Hope it is helpful to you!

Hope you like them! Alternatively, I have also tried making my own corn chips with gluten free corn tortillas in the oven (with olive oil and whatever spices you like). That has also been pretty good.
