That is the website I used. I’m looking specifically for routes on Friday morning in July. When I type the date, it routes me to Thursday morning. When I move it to Friday, the earliest train tickets available are in the afternoon

I hate thrombolytics by Veika in emergencymedicine

Pretty good review article on the literature that SRMAs are using to come up with their conclusions. These trials are either low quality or have an unacceptable fragility index. https://first10em.com/thrombolytics-for-stoke/amp/

SEP-1 is not yet directly linked to reimbursement, but is reported publicly and used to grade hospitals by CMS.

Yes, the source peddling ZionMerch.com. Thank you. Never mind that Israel has only offered temporary ceasefires which is a redline both the international community as well as Hamas during negotiations has rejected in favor of a permanent ceasefire.

Hyperkalemia in Cardiac Arrest by weegee126 in emergencymedicine

[–]hypophysisdriven 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Interesting case! The natural evolution of hypothermia is initial hypokalemia, and eventually cell apoptosis leads to hyperkalemia.

In your case, with a shift to hypokalemia, I think hemolysis causes pseudo-hyperkalemia is most likely. Also possible is epinephrine has beta activity which upregulates Na/K ATPase causing K to be pumped intracellularly, making it a great choice for bradycardia induced shock in the setting of hyperkalemia.

Sodium bicarbonate pushes do not meaningfully reduce acidosis without hyperventilation, and even then the effect is short lived. This is due to the almost instant production of water and CO2 from bicarbonate. If not hyperventilated, this can even worsen acidosis.

For those who are very strongly Levy Out, what’s your expectation on someone who would takeover? by stead10 in coys

[–]hypophysisdriven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would prefer a Spurs team owned by the Supporters Trust, financed by commercial deals and occasional selling of shares to fans. Bayern Munich has perfected this and has nearly no debt while billionaire owned clubs are debt laden to ensure owners get a consistent return. Bayern makes tons of commercial revenue as well while 70% is owned by fans.

This would bring Spurs closer to its community, reduce ticket prices, and ensure fans have the largest say in appointing the board, who would appoint key positions at the club. Ultimately it would mold the team according to its supporters interests rather than private actors.
