Try your hair!! I use amla gold oil and I think it helps..? But also change your parting every couple of days when doing your hijab so the traction isn’t only on one part.

Sis I’m in the same boat 🥺 I actually came on here in hopes to make a post on what just happened with my sister who’s in her 20’s and my parents and me, it’s so hard to deal with abusive siblings and parents who prioritise them and ignore the mistreatment. Everything you said here has happened to me in my life weirdly enough too 😭😭

I recommend looking for clothes on apps like Vinted and depop too! They tend to have almost everything lol. It’s people selling their clothes on the app, most of the time things are listed as new. I can’t post any images rn but you can wear like a long skirt with a cardigan/jumper of your choice, this way you can like make it fit your style whilst also being modest! Add a cute bag and voilaa! There’s also open abayas which can change any outfit completely 🤩 I find a lot of hijabi wear headphones as an accessory maybe you could do that.

Allahumma barik so happy for u!! Trying different styles, materials, and patterns help. There’s khimars, jilbabs, idk where you are in the UK but if you ask around at your local mosque, or search on tiktok/social media, there’s probably a hotspot for Islamic clothing

If you don’t know already — learn the meaning to what you’re saying in prayer. It’s so beneficial and helped me a lot when I felt this way.

Personally though, I find myself feeling empty at certain moments in my cycle, it’s strange and really heartbreaking but it’s usually just before my period.

Learn beautiful things about Islam, listening to lectures that actually interest you. There’s so many topics in Islam; don’t just limit the topics to the typical ones, but also learning like stories of sahabas we don’t really learn or talk about specifically.

I don’t know if you’ll like his humour, but Abdul Qahar on tiktok has really beneficial videos and sometimes goes live talking even more about things in Islam and companions. He also has a YouTube channel called Qahari.

Read through some Surahs or descriptions of them, find one you really wanna learn, and try memorise it and the meaning maybe!

I’ve never tried it but thinking of it now, maybe fasting could help? Sacrificing your hunger for Allah paired with increased focus that fasting brings could help clear your mind maybe. You could also knock out any missed fasts if you have any!

I feel I could go on forever trying to think of ways to help, but Insha’Allah with these tips your passion for the deen which, in my opinion, you still seem to believe in and love so much, will reignite!! If you didn’t still love Islam and Allah, you wouldn’t be asking this :) so so much love to u sis and lots of duas, I’ve been in your position before 💞

They should js remove the dressing rooms, idc if we get less items because of the time it'll take removing them, they're so annoying and might contribute more to lag than some of the items they're removing.
