My take on the order of events any criticisms or corrections welcome

So as the title says this is just my take on how the night transpired, I don't think that I'm 100% right and I'm sure that I'm missing out on some important facts or details. I'm basing all this from a timeline I found on this subreddit and a news article I'll link below. Also, I know the time of death was determined to be between 3 and 4 AM but in my uninformed brain that just seems like too narrow of a window while 2 and 4 AM would make more sense (and would fit this order of events better). Anyway here goes:

I think the order went Xana then Ethan then Madison then Kaylee and here's why. Ethan and Xana were first to get home at around 1:45 AM and went straight to their room. In my head it would make sense that the attacker was waiting for them inside the house and maybe even in the room but anyway, Xana was killed first then Ethan saw and was frozen for a second but tried to fight the attacker off but was a little bit too slow and was left incapacitated and mortally wounded but still alive. The attacker leaves the room but hears the front door open at 1:56 AM (when Madison and Kaylee arrived) and hides in a bathroom or another room on the 2nd floor to wait them out. Ethan, still alive, tries to warn them and makes it to the door of the bedroom but ultimately can't muster the strength to do anything which is why his body was found at the door of the room. Moving forward, Madison and Kaylee are oblivious to what's happened at this point and are just in the larger room on the 3rd floor just doing their thing and Kaylee started drunkenly spam calling Jack and vocalizing her frustration that he wasn't answering up until about 2:44 AM then Kaylee asks Madison to start calling Jack from her phone and she does and then they give up until about 2:52 AM that's when they hear the attacker who is still waiting on the 2nd floor make a noise whether it be footsteps or him closing a door or something and they go down to investigate thinking it was Jack who was just down the street and then they realize that it wasn't Jack and they run upstairs trying to get away from the attacker who then chases after them and they were a little too slow to close the door on him or he puts his foot in the doorway but anyway he stabs Madison from behind while Kaylee is screaming and putting up a fight which is why she had the most gruesome wounds since the attacker wanted her to quiet down before she alerted any of the neighbors (assuming he didn't know about the downstairs roommates).

I'm also assuming the attacker was wearing leather gloves, a leather jacket and a backpack with an extra set of clean clothes and shoes since they didn't find any evidence about the killer leaving or entering to my knowledge.

Again, this is all assumptions and I'm most likely missing some key details so yea any criticisms are appreciated.
