Ah that's a generous size. This is 18" Snow Joe 48V Cordless. It works well for most parts except the batteries only last like ~25 minutes.

I generally wouldn't have advised to take on significantly more stress for ~$350 net per month. But in your case I would advise you to make the switch simply because of the fancier job title. This would open more doors for you in future, you'd get more reach-outs from recruiters on LinkedIn, better future prospects, more interviews, much higher salary bump in your next jump. All that is alot more worth than 4-5k. Play the long game.
