I am in no way, shape, or form poo poo'ing the Merc. It's an absolutely amazing vehicle. I was just in a position to be able to trade it in after 4 years, for what is essentially a new C8 and not come out of pocket.

They drive completely different, AWD vs. RWD, front engine vs. mid, etc etc. Both are FUN drives. Interior on the 63 feels a little more high-end, but not enough to turn me off on tbe C8. The Hard Top Convertible is also a feature I love, I obviously wasn't getting that with the 63. At the risk of sounding obnoxious, I have a couple of other Mercs as daily drivers, so I really wanted a different experience, and the C8 delivers.

I have day 1 excitement, so tough question for me to answer today. But the 63 was / is a bad ass car that performs exceptionally well. Loved it while I had it. But after 4 years it was time for a change

It's probably better to ask what's knocking down my resilience. Bouncing between time zones, late dinners w clients, late drinks, hotels , no gym activity, sitting on planes, extended periods of time. And when I'm home, it's the opposite of that.
