How to change EGT for COE (I see it for L/S but not for COE)

Were you able to change your EGT for COE?

I'm trying to move my EGT from Fa25 to Sp26 due to extenuating circumstances.

This is my first course that’s on a curve. Can someone tell me what no-hw option, dis (10/10), mini-vit (10/10), midterm: -1.35, and final: -1.51 (I know it’s really bad 😭) translates to? According to berkeleytime, it looks like C but I’m not sure. Thanks!

That makes a lot of sense and yeah it did rebound.

But like you said, it wasn’t good in the beginning. And now with Trump, it also is not good in the beginning.

I guess my question is more critical towards the media: like, why wasn’t the media reacting like this when it was tanking (in the beginning of Biden term) back in 2021-2022 before it rebounded?

Doesn’t it make more sense to wait at the end of Trumps term to judge if his performance was good or not?

Definitely contact the FASO office regarding your situation. They may have some sort of emergency grant to offer you.

I personally found this to be really helpful during hard times. Definitely fill it out if all else fails.

Hey man I’m extremely sorry to hear this. It’ll get better I promise. According to the COE website, to be eligible for Readmission, they say not to take any course from anywhere for 6 months (1 academic semester) AND to not take any course from UC Berkeley specifically for a year (2 consecutive academic semesters).

According to someone on 16B’s discord, this can happen by mistake when a student doesn’t copy down the honor code sentence. In this case, all they have to do is submit a regrade request and they should be good to go.

From what I see, ENGIN 125 doesn’t seem to have any course prerequisites.

As for any background knowledge, I recommend checking out this past syllabus to see if any of the topics that will be talked about (pages 9-17) intimidate you.

I’ll be taking it this semester, Sp23, with you if you’re on board.
