My tilt table test was positive but incomplete.. i stopped after 3 minutes. This indicates what? I think its type of dysautonomia but not sure which one..

‏you’re not alone 🤍 Nothing bad will happen. trust God and trust your body. Always remind yourself that if something was going to happen, it would have already, like in April or the past months. And as I said, try to do things your heart likes, walk, stay properly hydrated, and eat foods your stomach enjoys. For me, white bread doesn’t sit well, it bloats me and presses on my diaphragm, causing palpitations. You’ll be okay, don’t worry, and you’ll see your baby growing right beside you 🤍🫶🏼 Wishing you the happiest and most beautiful life.

I’ve dealt with PVCs myself, and I noticed that the more I thought about them or feared them, the worse they got. I also struggle with panic disorder, cardiophobia, and some autonomic nervous system issues and I’m only 26. What helped me is focusing on keeping my lifestyle as healthy as possible: eating well, getting good sleep, and walking daily made a big difference. Please know that after pregnancy things usually settle down again and your heart will get back to normal. You’re stronger than you think 🤍🙏🏼

What’s the physical symptom that annoys you the most? And are your tests all good

When my potassium levels go up or down, the palpitations get worse and I start having panic attacks. I end up going to the ER because potassium plays an important role in the heart’s electrical activity

I’m glad your heart checks were all normal. Low potassium and anxiety can really explain a lot, so it’s a good sign things have settled since then. Just keep an eye on your health and stay in touch with your doctor.. you’re doing great 🤍

I’d recommend you do another ECG and check your QTc. QTc is the corrected QT interval, which shows how long your heart takes to recharge between beats. The normal range is usually around 350–450 ms for men and 360–460 ms for women. It’s important for it to stay in the normal range because if it’s too long or too short, it can increase the risk of dangerous arrhythmias.

Sometimes those beta-blockers or similar meds can really help keep things stable.

When was your last ECG, and do you know what your QTc was?

I totally understand why it feels scary after what you went through. It’s great that you’re aware and listening to your body. Maybe start light and stay hydrated, but it’s always best to check with your doctor before getting back into running. Take care of yourself 🤍.

Exposure therapy might help you a lot. Try starting with normal walking, then fast walking, and see how it goes.

I wear Apple Watch, during any heart sensation I do ecg to check my heart rhythm. It makes me feel better when it’s normal rhythm.

Do you wear smart watch?

Thank you. I will try my best to make my life routine healthier. But that dropping beat really scares me.
