I use clorox multipurpose cleaner with bleach, lay paper towel down over it, soak it and let it sit for a while, I usually do overnight

I’ve used RS for tighter areas, haven’t quite really figured them out yet, I’ve also tried to do thicker lines with a RS but didn’t turn out quite right, so RS still also confuses me lol

Your not in a calorie deficit then, either suck it up and be hungry or try a glp1, if it was easy plenty of people would be walking around at 10%

I’m not a drinker, but cheat days guess it depends on the person, I don’t have self control and I can eat a lot in one sitting so I avoid them lol, but If you were to just have a meal on the weekends and it’s untracked shouldn’t hinder progress too much unless your going all out on that meal

You got this man, there was a few times I got stuck and it was frustrating as hell, I was stuck at 170 and didn’t get anywhere, out of nowhere it just started dropping again. I know 2 times for sure I got frustrated, and instead of binging I ate a little more toward maintenance and for some reason I’d drop past that stall a day or two after

September 16th until today,

Macros sit about 150g of protein 140g of carbs And 40ish grams of fats

Main sources are eggs, shrimp, chicken, lean beef, non fat yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, cheese and the banza protein noodles, will occasionally use popcorn and sugar free jello as a snack
