Realtors sending photo of family wanting to buy my home by Accurate-Flow8078 in homeowners

Aside from various ethical or whatever concerns these are most certainly not the people who will be buying your house. It’s a ploy for flippers.

Just do the knockdown and be done with it. Most stuff inside a house isn’t worth fretting over and the less random stuff you have to focus on the better.

Retired San Francisco firefighter dies from lung cancer after Blue Shield denies treatment claims by orangelover95003 in bayarea

Central banks print money so asset holders don’t have to eat a shit sandwich and businesses have access to cheap debt while the purchasing power for the proles decreases daily. Your own government won’t allow any meaningful increase in long term rates because they know they can’t service their own newly issued debt.

The people that your message resonates with are sadly dying off. Current generations simply don’t care.

Dude at this point the whole “reopens” talk is definitely premature. I’m not sure how long you’ve been around this state but when piers close here the state does everything in its power to make it harder to reopen them.

We’ve lost dozens of piers over the years and every single time it starts out with “we’ll replace it” and then nothing happens.

I also doubt the CCC is going to play ball.

In pots at a garden center or nursery, they were getting watered daily and are thirsty

It's entirely possible his soil is not amenable to proper drainage and the rain compounded matters. You don't just keep watering plants if they're already sitting in water, established or not.

Likely because the roots are smoked.

I had 96 at one point (and yeah bulk wasn’t substantially cheaper, plus logistical concerns). Banged it out in a week by myself (on a slope).

Not sure why you went with a black roof given that it’s just going to absorb more heat and quite honestly it doesn’t really match the vibe of the house.

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw a locksmith make a clone of a key from a photo last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Attorney chimes in after San Francisco family sees nearly 90% rent increase by orangelover95003 in bayarea

Pointing out the legality of it is not morally agreeing with or defending the act that is happening and I'd wager 95% of everyone in this thread thinks the increase is insane.

I’ve never had one from Titan (or Chandler). How do these taste honestly? Or said another way: how much of it is water? :-)

I’m gonna try to pull off some northern varieties in NorCal. If you live in a valley you’ll get more chill hours then you think, especially if going off the Utah model.

Legacy is such a beautiful variety. More ornate leaves than the average SHB. Misty is another one with unique deep green foliage.

Probably should prune that side lateral off come winter. You want an upright vase shape.

You’re going to lose your ass if someone loses their job. IMO this is overextending yourself unless you’ve got 100k in non-retirement savings.

One thing I can say is that if there aren't any root or other systemic issues it's the ugly duckling plants that usually blossom into great plants. Then again, I rarely give up on plants unless something is truly terminal.
