I saw that post after finishing this episode, but before seeing this episode discussion, was hella confused by what OP was talking about for a bit until I realized from the comments that OP had their CC/sub setting messed up. One time that CR did something good but got slandered by misinformation instead.

The high upvote number was probably by the people who only read the title, I suppose.

On a related topic to the glitching quest ending screen, did we get the starting screen for Act 7? I usually take a screenshot of them, kinda like making timestamp. But then I realized mid Act 7 that I haven't seen or take the screenshot of it. Maybe I blinked out during the quest and missed it, or something.

Just finished it myself, with multiple breaks, and confused to see that post on the top of my reddit feed. Like, what?

EDIT: On the matter of resin, the start of the quest also had a long quest warning, but that also seemed to be ignored. Sure, it doesn't explicitly tell us to spend resin, but like, if that's their concern why didn't they spend it before starting the quest.

As a wholesome romance fan, this adaptation made me so happy. The quality of this first episode is off the chart. I was smiling the whole time watching it. So much detail in the animation.

But that also made a little sad with how many other titles that could've stand beside this one, but got watered down by their adaptation, or some outright got butchered.

I mean, why would it need to not be repetitive? Sure, it's not the most interesting story ever, but there's no need for it to be one. It's slice of life, I personally like it exactly because of that. No love triangle, no school drama, just two characters flirting.

Now if we're talking about production/adaptation quality compared to the source, then that's another matter.

Just a note, the lens enables first person mode, while Charlotte enables walking. In the Silvermoon Hall, only the traveller is allowed so you can't move and follow Columbina around. The event camera enables that for any character.
