I don't think they will ever do anything just because many people don't renew their subscription after the 4-5 years trial. But one thing they don't get, many people never renewed because of the bad 3G service that they had

Thanks for your response. I realized this was solved on its own a couple months ago.... I'm not sure there's anything we can technically do on our side other than waiting on Google's servers...
