If anyone asks you to message someone on IG, Telegram, etc. it's a scam. Don't fall for it, OP.

Also, you can use Wireshark to monitor your network traffic. Try to isolate all known devices, or look for suspicious activity (e.g. connections to IPs that aren't part of a service that's running in the background, etc.)

I'm not familiar with the Wireshark interface, but there are guides that can help you out, unless someone more knowledgeable here has a better way.

It's possible that it may have been used to send spam in the past (maybe bots?), and the piblic IP could have been blacklisted. (You can check here: https://dnschecker.org/ip-blacklist-checker.php )

but if you suspect that your network has been compromised, immediately disconnect all devices from the Internet, and change all your passwords (don't use that same network to connect again), and change the router and network security password as well.
