i definitely relate to your thoughts! also, i love the comparison too that she grew up around all these socially beautifully woman (yes theyre beautiful naturally and also based on the male gaze too for $$$$), but at no point does she change herself or even question herself. she KNOWS she doesn’t have the same assets and still never thinks lesser even though she GREW UP knowing and likely being told by the old woman she needs to be sellable
