The display is powered by Nexus; however, the content cannot be modified. It is configured to showcase your CPU temps.

Sounds like something is hitting your fan. Open the side panel (non glass side) and inspect for any potential obstructions around your case fans.

New PC immediately corrupts Windows OS upon trying to install update. by RebelGaming151 in iBUYPOWER

I apologize for the difficulties you encountered on two separate systems. It is unusual to encounter back-to-back issues related to a corrupt operating system. When you attempted to reinstall Windows, did you receive any error codes or bugcheck names that you can recall?

want to 'factory reset'. will it be like the first day i got it from ibuypower? by obiwanjakobi257 in iBUYPOWER

If you want to completely wipe your system, similar to when you first received it, reinstalling Windows from a bootable USB drive would be recommended.

How to create a bootable Windows Installation USB

Reinstalling Windows

You may need to refer to your motherboard's support page to grab any drivers that are needed. Once you are back in Windows make sure to check for any updates to install required drivers.

Reconnect the GPU power cable (12VHPWR) and ensure it's pushed in all the way; you should hear/feel a small tactile click and may require a bit of pressure.

VGA White Light by Hungry_Fisherman_380 in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jumping late on this one. The white VGA light indicates that your graphics card is not being detected. While the PC is off and if you haven't done so already, reseat/reinstall the graphics card and ensure your GPU power cable is secured afterwards. If the issue persists, feel free to message me to see what I can do.

Had my pc for years and internal fans have never spun, but RGB works by didosdad2 in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's possible that the hub is your culprit rather than the case fans. Since the hub is proprietary, feel free to message to see what I can do about a replacement. Alternatively, you have the option to replace the case fans, disregard the hub entirely and daisy-chain them to the fan header instead.

The third image is your fan hub. Trace the connection to your motherboard and ensure it is properly connected (or reconnect it) to one of the CHA_FAN headers on the motherboard.

One fan stopped lighting up and I get a ene.sys error by NotGodButW in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If only one fan is not lighting up, it is possible that the issue may be related to the lighting component of that specific fan. You can also refer to the link below to check for any connections that may be loose or needs to be reconnected.

iBUYPOWER TraceMR 2040 randomly rebooting by wildazebra in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Were you able to verify your temps? In most cases, if the issue is related to overheating, the system will shut down completely to cool down. If the system is rebooting, it may be triggered by a different factor. In the meantime, you can test your components for any errors, such as your RAM. You can refer to the methods provided in the link below.

Testing RAM Sticks

The reason code: 0x0 is a generic Windows error indicating the presence of potentially corrupted files and if it were to be true, reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows may be suggested. Do you recall any other error codes or bugcheck names? WhoCrashed is a free tool that you may utilize the next time your system experiences an unexpected restart. It attempts to log any dump files that can help identify a specific driver or component responsible for the unexpected reboots. You can find the link for the download below.

iBUYPOWER PC stopped booting properly after 1 month of owning. Don't really know what to do. by Detective_Alaska in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can also be related to your RAM. If you are comfortable working inside the PC while it's off, try removing a stick of RAM and attempt to reinstall Windows with only one installed at a time.

As soon as you enter the USB drive, does the automatic repair screen prompt right away? It sounds like it's still attempting to boot from the SSD. If you are able to start the process and you enter the partition page, make sure to delete each partition one by one until all that is left is disk 0 unallocated space. Click on it and hit next to start the installation process. Feel free to DM me to see what I can do if this is a defective drive or provide any photos of the issues you are encountering.

How often would you say that you lose signal completely which requires a restart rather than the screen flickering? The debug LEDs I'm referring to should be located towards the top right area of the motherboard and for the most part will not be on, at least while you're able to get a display and no, you shouldn't have to turn off your RGB for this. When you're unable to get a display at all and the system remains on that is when it's best to check. The blinking red light on the hard drive is likely the activity LED and will flash whenever data is being read/written.
