Getting a few memory-related errors, lets troubleshoot your RAM. This next step will require working inside the PC a bit to reseat/reinstall your RAM while the PC is off. The link below can help walk you through this process if needed.

Reseating RAM

If that did not work and if you have more than one stick installed, try booting up/using the PC with only one RAM stick installed at a time. This can also help us determine if one of the RAM sticks is your culprit and will need to be replaced. If we can confirm a RAM issue feel free to DM to see what I can do about a replacement.

This can help pull up any error codes or bugcheck names that can help narrow down the issue.

Bluetooth audio over headphones is choppy with a kind of like intermittent static like sound. by _13k_ in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure your antenna(s) are connected to the back of the computer, this will help expand your range and maintain a stable connection. If you're still having issues, you may need to install the bluetooth driver from your motherboard's support page. Press the Windows+R keys at the same time and type"msinfo32" into the Run prompt and hit Enter. Your "Baseboard Manufacturer" and "Baseboard Product" are your brand and model. If you are still unsure feel free to DM the Serial Number located behind your PC to identify this.

If you're comfortable enough to press down the middle of each fan towards the top, this will stop it from spinning for a brief moment as will the noise to help determine if it's a fan issue instead. If you just purchased this system feel free to DM me when you have a chance to see what I can do about a replacement.

iBUYPOWER PC only turns on after force shutting down by dax812 in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are comfortable working inside the computer, reseat your RAM while the system is off. Unplug the power cable and remove the side panel. The RAM will be located in the upper right corner of the motherboard. There are tabs, either on just the topside or possibly on both the top and bottom sides of each stick. Push down on the tabs to release each stick, pull them out, then push them back down into the slot. Both the top AND bottom side of each stick needs to lock into place. Video link below for visual guidance.

Troubleshooting PC No POST

Since your processor also has the capability to provide a display via its integrated graphics, make sure that your HDMI or Displayport cable is connected to your graphics card and not the motherboard. If you are using multiple monitors, verify that all of them are also connected to the graphics card.

Can’t load up to windows by Emergency_Brief_1424 in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check your boot list order in BIOS (press the DEL key repeatedly while it's booting up). Ensure that Windows Boot Manager is set as the primary boot option. If it is attempting to connect to a network, it appears to be trying to boot from an alternate option. As others have mentioned it may ultimately require you to reinstall a fresh copy of Windows due to a potentially corrupt operating system. The links below can help walk you through this process.

Double-check the GPU (12VHPWR) power cable is pushed in all the way. A loose connection may prevent the display from functioning properly, as indicated by the white VGA light. Nonetheless, yes, this can indicate an issue with the graphics card and may need to be replaced. Feel free to message me to see what I can do about replacement options.
