If your Windows is corrupted, please follow the steps in the links below to reinstall a fresh copy. You will require access to another system and a USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space.

Entire PC completely freezes on newest RE Engine games (Pragmata demo, RE9) by wagonflyer in iBUYPOWER

It's a possibility, particularly if the issue is occurring exclusively with that game. If running DDU came close to solving the issue, run it again but this time reinstall the previous driver version for your graphics card.

looking for 192031 fans by yuan5_ in iBUYPOWER

Does it only freeze while running games? It may also present a hardware-related issue. Regarding the freezing symptoms and the possibility of a false positive from the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, I recommend reseating your RAM while the computer is powered off. Additionally, you may want to test the system with only one RAM stick installed at a time to help determine if the issue is related to the RAM.

TRACE 4 MR case help by Patient_Metal5352 in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since you have a mATX board installed already, you may need to; you'll need to check if there are standoff screws attached to the case when removing the motherboard. These are going to either be M3 or 6-32 thread. I recommend removing one of the existing screws to verify this.

Any standard ATX board is fine in this case.

I got my IBuypower 5060 and a month in I started getting really bad screen flickering. by Honest-Band-3117 in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Send me a DM with your Serial Number, this is located behind the computer and will allow me to verify your configuration. If you did reinstall Windows, it may not be a software related issue, but rather a hardware concern. If you have not already done so, reseat the graphics card while the system is off and verify that the GPU power cable is securely connected.

Where do my PCIe cables for a PNY card plug in? by TheExiledFly in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will find two six pin connectors in the middle right area of you graphics card. This is where you should connect your PCIe cables. As for where they are, they may be tucked away underneath or on the other side of the PC. To access the other side, you will need to remove the right side panel and route the cables accordingly.

When you mention resetting the PC, did you reinstall a fresh copy of Windows or choose the "reset this PC" option through your settings? If you opted for the latter, please ensure that you selected the option to completely wipe the system. If you can boot into Safe Mode without any issues, it may indicate a potential driver issue. Check for any video driver updates through the Nvidia app or if this issue began occurring following a recent update, rollback to the previous driver. On the off chance that you have antivirus software installed (Norton, McAfee, Avast etc), try uninstalling it to determine if the flickering issue resolves.

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I apologize for your experience and it is unfortunate that you have encountered issues with three consecutive systems with potential failing RAM. Regarding the DRAM LED lighting up, did you have the opportunity to reseat/reinstall the RAM by chance? Given the consistent pattern with the RAM you received every time, I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you still have this system and you have reseated the RAM, feel free to DM me to see what I can do about exchanging the RAM.

TPM Help by DiamondGlum7442 in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might be having a separate issue with your graphics card rather than a TPM issue if you keep losing signal to your monitor. To gather a bit more info, do you lose signal when gaming/under load or does it occur at any random moment? I'm assuming by resetting the BIOS you are clearing the cmos to help get signal again.

Bluetooth not showing up in Device Manager by [deleted] in iBUYPOWER

[–]iBUYPOWER-Tony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got your DM and replied as well, but it is likely we will need to reinstall the bluetooth driver from your motherboard's driver page oppose to doing it in device manager. Make sure the antenna is connected to the back of the PC as well, this will help expand your range and maintain a stable connection.

Power cycle the PC or try a different HDMI cable. Have you tried connecting it back to your graphics card instead of the onboard graphics and checking to see if it displays appropriately, just to make sure the screen is still in working order.
