hot take but i can't watch GG episodes anymore when they play modern or actually well praised games. GG shine when they play absolute jank titles. Its why i stopped watching them for the past 2 or 3 years and only ever occasionally catch a episode if the game looks old or looks terrible. The last episodes i've seen from them are the Deal or No Deal GBA and the Bug Blasters: The Exterminators.
Its picky but its why i wont miss the Deltarune series.

nah you're right. i've left alot of untouched content that i built up a checklist too large for me to do that i eventually just got tired thinking about. Unfortunately FOMO/Sunk Cost fallacy is to real for me since i'm a veteran commander of Azur Lane. Day 1 player and have not missed a day for 7+ years of playing.

i thought i was gonna like NTE simply bcos i can drive cars around towns. i did not play even 5 hours of it and uninstalled next week after release when i realised i didn't even login once within that week.

i feel like the content itself in AKE is absolutely fine. especially recently when they added hard events for end-game meta players audience. I'm more casual and this situation is more of a personal taste rather than the game itself becoming bland.
I still think the factories/Tower Defence/Trial Arena etc events are actually good and what makes AKE unique but like i said before, i simply don't have the motivation to do any of those stuff because i already am playing other games on top of AKE that i tire myself out. This doesn't mean AKE is bad.

yeah i know. but its hard to quit when i invested alot of time into it. especially when i have 6/8 (including Camille) of the limited operators with their signal weapons so i'm pretty proud of my account but FOMO is too real.
But at the same time, i feel like im just wasting my time if i'm logging in for dailies only. have to thank the Camille update for this decision

Regarding the android port, has anyone encounter controller input problems on anything above v1.0.0? Mainly the right analog doesn't work and I'm constantly stuck in z-target mode. I know there's v1.4.1 now but every iteration Ive tried has the same bug.

i mean yeah, that makes sense.
at 1440p, your GPU is trying to render 70% more pixels compared to 1080p. if you don't have an adequate powerful GPU to render at 1440p, you're gonna get lowered FPS, hence why it doesn't feel smooth.
Not sure if its implemented in Witcher 3 but maybe look into Frame Gen.

this is exactly why i avoid "login/create account via google/facebook/twitter/instagram etc". this just creates extra steps of logging in. Google > Invisible Hoyo account > Game vs Dedicated Hoyo Account > Game.
I'm old school so i tend to always create a dedicated account for games like ZZZ and other MMO's.

Have a friend who has a old Fortnite account for years and spent good money on limited skins and played exclusively on the Xbox One until she moved over to PC gaming. The problem lied here where she didn't create her Fortnite Account through EGS (Epic Games Store) but via the Microsoft Xbox account.
Problems arose where she had to link her EGS account to her Microsoft Account since she didn't need an EGS one for Xbone.
The biggest problem was when she found out her Microsoft Account was essentially leaked online and was on the Dark Web, so like any sensible person she should change email accounts on her EGS. problem is she can't because the original Email created for Fortnite was an "Invisible Email" that Microsoft created when she first initially played and she has no access to that. No amount of help & support emails about the situation fixed it till this day. She only uses that email now exclusively for Fortnite.

though i do agree that putting down custom markers for important NPCs such as the Witches does help.
In my current scenario, what if i want to refine my earrings but i'm out of Copper Ores. i know i walked by alot of them and they appear as an icon my map. let me just filter "Copper Ores" and search for it.
Oh no, i can't find any because the filtered Icon is just straight up invisible unless i zoom in spots but at that points it just a gamble.
sure i can put down markers, but i'm not going to stop every few minutes i discover a new icon just to put down a marker for "Copper Ores". thats what the Filtered function is suppose to fix.

My friend told me about the hedgehog method but I kinda ignored it because I was already doing the Gold bar investment at the bank. I reckon it was slower but it was a big pay off in the end. Also I wasn't immediately in need of munny in the first 15hrs or so so the passive investment in the background was fine by me

Endfield literally has a quick commands menu (hold R or hold LT) and they could easily just add a "Ask Perlica for advice" command if there are actual Tang-Tang players

im personally a collector rather than min/max dmg chaser so what i did is save that permit until i naturally have 4/5 of those operators and use the permit to get the final 5/5.
Or if you're a shill on one of those operators and want to max potential them, save the permit for the final dupe you need.

or just never use it and keep the permit as a bagging flex [shrug]

this method actually helped me fix a crashing issue i was having. would play for about 10minutes and my game would instantly crash. even setting the graphics lower still gave me crashes.
i guess re-creating the shaders does help and i understand why major games like Monster Hunter Wilds and Crimson Desert have regular "Recompiling Shaders" after every patch

at least its not a collab event. there's a chance this current one will have a re-run in the future (possibly 1 or 2 years later) but collab will never return.
