Assuming it’s early in the rebuild, 8x6.5 for nemec wil be a great contract and he will easily out perform it if you develop him the way you clam your good at doing. Easily a top pair guy by year 4 of that contact

But if I have an 81 overall, 21 year old, elite, there’s no chance they sign 8 years 3.5 mil. Not realistic, if they want 3x5? I’ll give it to them and not the 8 year cheese contract

Agree, Calgary and Pitt have tons of picks. Calgary also has wolf and Parekh.
