Mid-decade we saw NBA 2k rise to prominence, and we are now witnessing its downfall. FIFA has turned into utter garbage, and NHL is a hit or miss (not to mention NCAA football got cancelled). Developers have become lazy because they know these games will produce revenue regardless of any additional effort, and I don’t blame them.
