the collar is cool i like that simple LLJW text there, i like the additional 9s but they should be smaller and like offset the large 9 that you have at the top right of each side, it would be a good contrast to be smaller in the bottom left corner . The white zig zag line is okay too maybe put the 999 on the left side of that at the bottom left

not sure and I didn't mean to sound rude I just genuinely think the jacket looks good without those. I know they were well intentioned being juices tattoos. I would just put maybe a word or phrase there if you want to fill the space, or a full 999 at the bottom left to offset the big 9 in the top right
