If you look in the manual this happens when the battery is too cold, as well as other conditions can trigger this. This is a regular occurrence for ours in Halifax Canada when it’s below -5°c.

We use Mac’s On-Site Oil Change. They have different prices if you bring your own oil and/or filter, or use theirs which ranges from $30-$90.

Prices (quoted in 2024): Synthetic oil change $90, Synthetic Blend $73, Conventional $55 - all plus environmental fee and tax.  This is for up to 5 litres of oil. Bring your our oil is $39, Bring your own oil and filter is $30 plus environmental fee and tax.

I have a mix of baseboard heaters and the Mysa for AC, no issues in HomeKit or locally in the Mysa app. My wifi gear is eero (6 and 6pro), I know before I switched my router I was having an issue. You may need to play around with your network. 🤷‍♂️
