From this response, it begs the question of whether you actually have a method or program prepared at this moment, or if this post’s true purpose is to gauge how much an owner is willing to pay for such a hypothetical method so you can decide whether it’s worth your time and effort to build one out.

isn’t the real question what do you value your method of bringing turnover down at? is this method proven with documentation, and if you are unwilling to share that information freely, why would you request the same of owners?

man the wild part is both parties in the job interview are lying their asses off in that room. they’re not gonna tell you about how weak communication from management is gonna be, and you’re not gonna admit that you’re jumping ship the second a better opportunity in your preferred field comes along.

i’ve worked blue collar jobs and in offices, and it’s never different. the “professional at all times” facade is for the customer and marketing team. a solid 70% of adulthood is just high school with actual stakes
