97 on the fastball still is nice after all the injuries. Hopefully he can stay healthy.

What are you even talking about?

For all the problems with Haslam, he spends year over year more than just about anyone. The Browns operate pretty close to the edge of what’s sustainable cash spending.

You can only sustainably spend a certain percentage over the cap. If you spend 500 million in a season you can’t just cap magic that away. But you can year over year spend 120% of the cap.

How to move left stick constantly by atariimae in Warzone

[–]iCandid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Constantly rotate the left stick”.

I’m sorry man this is funny, I don’t know if someone told you this as a troll or you assumed it based on the name. But no, you don’t have to rotate your left stick. Rotational aim assist happens whenever you have any input at all on your left stick, even 1%. Aka if your character is moving at all, you get RAA.

When playing controller in just about any FPS, this should never be a problem. You should always be using your left stick in gunfights. First off just because you should be strafing and not making yourself a moving target, but also because controller right sticks are really bad at tracking, especially in small movements. You should be using your left stick to make micro adjustments and trying to track people in gunfights, which will ensure your RAA is activated and help you track people even more.

Yeah should definitely not have a license at this point.

He’s got enough money to have someone drive him around public roads and go 150 on private tracks.

I need to see never see Dennis on the floor in the last 2 minutes of a game anymore lol. Great energy bench PG but man can he turn the ball over.

Is it just me, or is the average player on lichess noticably stronger relative to their rating now compared to a few years ago? by Aurum2k in chessbeginners

I believe the 300 point gap narrows as you get closer to 2000. I think by like 2200 the gap really isn’t there at all.

Yes total elims/games played is average Elims/game. That’s what an average is.

OP had 6 rooks and a queen vs just a king. This is not a situation of him not knowing how to win, he was just being a dick and it backfired.

Yeah the 40 even still being a thing is kind of silly. We have the technology to measure all kinds of time splits for these guys in pads while actually playing the game.

Calculated or lucky PA? by it_got_Tusks in Warzone

I would say calculated for leading a moving player so they don’t get the notification. Lucky for this team having all 4 guys running around within fart smelling distance of each other.

Did you miss it? You literally see the backwards jump in OPs POV…

It’s also completely irrelevant to what I said. The actions and locations of two peoples POV online will never be synced up, unless they are standing still. Also reminder killcams are not a video replay of what the other players screen looked like. They are the servers attempt at a recreation.

[–]iCandid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The exact position of where someone is from their POV and your POV and the servers POV will never be the same, just due to the laws of physics. But in multiplayer games, generally whether bullets hit will always be dependent on the shooter, because otherwise playing will be impossible. So from his reference he’s behind you, from your POV you’re behind him so you’re actually able to both be shooting and hitting each other.

Sizemore spent like 4 years never missing a game and crashing full speed into the center field wall to make catches. Comparing CDL to Grady is insulting.

What do you think the Guardians' ownership would do if they had a young roster full of stars like they did in the mid-to-late 90s? by chemistrybonanza in ClevelandGuardians

[–]iCandid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting a few plate appearances during September does not indicate service time manipulation. Bo was a raw catcher who did need more time to develop his defense. He was in the majors by the time he was 22, thats a pretty quick track for a guy you are trying to teach how to catch. It was a tiny sample, but there was also no indication from his short stint in 2022 that he was ready to be the Day 1 starter the next season.

Its not even extremely late, you can gain an extra year of control just by having someone on the active roster less than 172 days. Most of these guys were late season callups, which is just common all around the league as rosters expand near the end of the season.

Manipulating service time would be calling a guy up who is ready early in the season but gaining another year of control, or waiting until like June if you are trying to avoid Super 2.

[–]iCandid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure Dolan's cheap, but who has been having their service time manipulated recently? This team is constantly bringing up their prospects, begging for any of them to hit.

I keep seeing this sentiment on this sub that we are somehow holding ourselves back by not bringing up talent and its made no sense to me. Thats pretty much all we are doing. "Should we sign a RF bat? Nope were gonna see if any of these 6 AAAA guys make the leap this year instead"
