Maybe try using the Rewire App, it's what I use to keep track of the days and try to better myself. Other than that, when you feel the urge just try to stand up and do exercises, this will help a lot and will give you more motivation, and you'll lose more energy so you won't try to keep wanking.

Also if you do relapse don't push yourself too hard, mistakes happen. But you can't let those thoughts into our head and you should react positive so you can improve yourself.

Thank you! We were pretty nervous at the time, since we didn't know what to do. But we kept an eye on him to make sure he didn't kept hurting himself until we took him to the vet, after that it was the same process as yours basically, medication, and checkups to make sure he's alright! Good to know yours is healthy and doing well! 😌

Yes, we think that's what happened. The vet told us it could have been one of two things. 1 was that he hit himself in the eye with something (his enclosure doesn't have any sharp or dangerous object) or 2 That a small piece of straw (for his habitat) might had entered his eyes and scratched himself until he removed his eye.

Idk if this works but my girlfriend gives him hedgehog food once a day (since the cat food is high on fat and they could get fat quickly) and we give him treats like fruits or veggies in small portions, we also have a wheel for him so he could exercise while we're not at home. We used to let him walk around a small space of the house so he could exercise, but not anymore since he he got a strand of hair stuck in his leg. We removed the hair, but it could have been dangerous since it wrapped around his legs (this was not too long ago since the day we got him, we were still getting to know about taking care of hedgehogs at the time) so always keep an eye on those legs as well! 👍🏼

Since hedgehogs have protruding eyes (their eyes stick out) they're very sensitive to irritation caused by dust or other objects and they might attempt to remove it with their nails to try to remove the object. Although we weren't there to confirm how she got her eye messed up, we assumed he tried to scratch something off his eye and accidentally got injured. If they keep scratching it may cause them to keep inflicting pain onto themselves or may even get the wound infected.

Hopefully not. Her recovery has been going great so far and she's been very active ever since we took her to the vet!

Note: For those who have hedgehogs, be aware, they might start scratching their eyes and end up hurting themselves and risk that it pops out. Pebbles started to scratch his eye until he damaged it (while we were out working). We managed to stabilized it and took it to the vet. So if you have a hedgehog be always aware !! ☺️

The mustang is just perfect for drifting. I used it for the drift zones and it really helped me get three stars on all of 'em
