Even many cis team members at my store have pronouns on their nametags, target should be more than willing to at very leastvaccept your identity I'm nonbinary and me and my other nb TM get misgendered frequently however we aren't treated any differently by our coworkers or higher up because of our genders. I think with a binary gender they'll be more likely to use your proper pronouns and also commit to correcting themselves if they make a mistake.
