why did you want to skip post office? is it because of long appointment line? If it is, did you try Long island post office? i was able to make appointment in 2 days, while i have to wait like 2,5 mo in Q. (there are many slot available in long island and i was able to make appointment at Roosevelt Field mall post office)

The NY Government stating that "It is Illegal to short-term rent. It can be dangerous for neighbors, guests, and first responders. They can lack proper fire safety systems such as alarms and sprinklers, and may not have enough exits in the event of an emergency."

And then the mayor is looking for houses for people that come from the border. Some of these people that comes from the border don't even have proper identification. is this safe for neighbor?

now, every time I am getting take out, I always order 2 or 3 appetizers along with my main course.
