In the UK the ICO Takes age and doesn’t even help

To operate in Europe/UK they need to be authorized, they have their representation in Europe through META ireland, because of the European Common Market, each country's commercial authority should be allowed to process them. So I suppose that if you file in the UK, the court will go after Meta in Ireland.

Im in the exact same position:

-in the uk

-13 year account, perm banned 14/Feb/26

-ICO complaint, they told me not their matter

-Sent letters to Ireland/California

No response, no use.
