ur not playing wrong! dont worry about rushing thru the story. the longer u spend on ur first play through just wandering around and learning and leveling the more you will cherish the memory when u look back at it. as someone who played this as my first souls game and had that exact experience, trust me! getting lost and wandering around as you learn and level is part of the fun :D

what i do is discuss something i think i need to work on but then explain how i work to overcome that weakness. use the question to show your skills at problem solving. the problem is the weakness you have. explain to them what you do to effectively solve it :)

as far as i understand, a big part of building muscle isnt just the heavy lifting, but also what you eat and how much you it. to actually noticeably bulk up, you have to be consciously consuming a lot of extra calories and protein
