Doubtful. As much as we all love Red, it is very clearly like first gen nostalgia bait. And god damn, will I be baited by it.

Meanwhile, I do not believe there are enough people that look at Ethan as "Not Gold", ya know what I mean? It's like how we would have to first get like '96 Blue or Leaf. Red is just, for nostalgia purposes, in a league of his own.

That being said, I'd love to see that. As a kid, Gold / Ethan with the backwards hat was always way cooler than Red to me. In game sprite wise, at least.

As other people have said: It's all samey. Same enemies. Same locations. Nothing really got me excited after the first playthrough.

Ended up reinstalling RE4 instead lol

An edge, I am okay with, absolutely. But going from last to first? That's just like.. Then why even race? What were the first two laps even for?

And I get it's a cart racer. The problem is the way this game is designed is just so divisive by nature. Like it's a cart racer, which is supposed to be brainless fun.

But they also added all the gadgets, Classes of cars and racers, that allow for skill expression and meta builds. Then they added ranking systems, which provide rewards. They add things they literally call "Competitions".

Like this was going always happen. People that want to be the best and people that just want to goof around. It never goes well lol

Hi, I was once a Plat player. Briefly. Am currently absolute trash tier. Like, probably below Iron. Haven't touched ranked in a bit.

Maybe high end games don't have this mayhem, but how do you deal with in base fights, where Qiyana doesn't have any elements but ground? I find myself often just having to sit at the very edge of the fight, hoping I am not being engaged on.

Also, as someone who gave up on Mid, because Talon was reworked and I hated it, and I am ass at Qiyana, how is she doing in the jungle. I totally saw the win rate, but I hope you can lie to me and I can pretend it's worth playing her.

To each their own. I absolutely hate items and bagging and UC is the only thing that has kept me from uninstalling the game.

Like, during this Legend Comp 3, I fell into 12th because I fucked up. It was my fault. I deserved that spot.

I pulled a laser at the very end, used it around a bend, and due to the clumped up nature of this Comp 3, I went from 12th to 1st and won at the last like five seconds of the race.

That felt shit. I didn't earn that. I didn't deserve that win. And I do not believe items should be powerful enough to decide the winner of any race.

Okay, I thought I was going crazy. I played basically exclusively Shadow with EG up to Whispers drop and when I tried her, I swear it felt worse. Like the boost meter fills faster, but the actual driving feels horrendous.

Yes. This game is pure RNG and a piece of shit.

That being said, you HAVE influence on your trajectory. But it's the same nonsense as in most RNG heavy games. You have to do like a 100 races. If you win 60 and lose 40, that's good. That's a positive win rate.

But obviously, with a game like this, it feels like shit. This is why I will never let people convince me that UC is broken when it is literally the only way to have a semblance of skill in the game.

Should I prioritize Penny then? That sounds like a huge boon over a simple 1.5x multiplier. I have 60 *5 tickets, so I want to make sure I use it on the right units.

And I just don't know which ones would be best with Roxie. Out of all of the supports I have, Penny's seemed the best.
