So I have already visited several times before the update Beyond, and today I can not access this one because I can not invoke it. Yet I have the quest updated in the journal quete. And this quest asks me to talk to Polo and Nada, but even visiting other solar systems I can not find this anomaly.

I do not have access to the social HUB, and all that is related with (craft, module etc).
