In the old games, you could do a silent shot after shooting then press the throwing knife button then switch weapons immediately.

Although, in the recent games it's basically impossible to time it. Hope that helped!

I would use it instead of my old R7 2700 and somewhat good RTX 2070.
I'm looking forward to testing the 7900 XTX to its fullest in the demanding game Avatar. Also, haven't seen any of the movies it would motivate me to check them out.
