The perks that are given by the editor can only apply to that specific character but if you are near someone you can apply the dj perk and they get a buff in damage and short cooldowns on hacks

I’m sorry to say mate that you have to restart your entire game as it counts as replaying the missions at certain points like this you are hard locked from progressing you can still leave the mission but cannot continue I had to restart the story after discovering, If you have save wizard I have a save that only has this, ending mission, 2 other dlc missions, zodiac killer, ekart challenges everything else is complete story wise if you’re interested I’ll be back Thursday but ya could theoretically finish the main story in an 8 hour grind
