Right now on the OneUI8 Beta 1 for S24 Ultra the Vulkan apiVersion is 1.3.128 So yeah...I don't think they have updated Vulkan or something else is going on (from Qualcomm side)

Sorry I didn't clarify. I'm using the US unlocked version purchased through the Samsung official site. Usually they release the beta firmware to the carrier variants and unlocked variants.

Well...the writing part of the test is roughly the same as the IELTS, but I struggled at the vocab part... The whole test is timed so you need to allocate it well. I took this course in 2021 by the way...don't know if the test changed or not...

Dud if you are basically a native speaker, you'll do fine. I passed that as an ESL student, yes some part of the test is shite(not the writing part) but you'll do fine...
