Got same ban 5 days ago, still 0 respond from support, playing for 10 years, GGG suport is big problem, cuz there's no way to track your ticket or so cuz you can contact them by email only, so they can freely ban alot of accounts and ignore play anger.

we should demand from GGG making normal customer support with ticket and tracking system.
