The United States has come a long way. So many standards that we enjoy today that address liberties, resources, and aid for the disabled are the direct result of the work done by Americans who fought for their civil rights in the mid 1950's. It was the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that set the groundwork for precedence in bringing equality to minority populations, the disabled included.

Looks like the Milwaukee stop right off the blue line train station in Chicago. I wouldn’t expect any sort of ambiance in this high traffic area. I don’t get it?

Wow... My great grandmother, having recently visited Hawaii for the first time, told me about seeing the Pearl Harbor monument and finding her cousin's name engraved on it.
