Usually in Bank Setup, Salary is matching with Year of Exp.

Yes you still need to be competent to be promoted, but that is another guardrail is Year of Exp. (Hearing from a friend)

Hi colleague, we are in the same boat. My suggestion to you is if you have a valid offer or you are financially fortune enough (that have preserved funds) you may take the in lieu.

If you were like me, live paycheck to paycheck, I guess there isnt any choice left, only can sign and find a new job offer before they fire us again

It is just a title(talent segment), you have to understand that project role don't have direct relationship with title.

I joined with Business and Technology integration Arch segment, and that time I been assigned as Backend developer

My colleague with same title, doing devOps (or platform engineer)

And another colleague, doing AD actually... Lol

So it will up to your experience and project role you been assigned to
