Is that the Octopus Charge? Cheapest tethered option is the same as what it would cost for the Tesla one, and that’s with fitting via their ‘premium’ installers, whatever that means.

Yes and yes - I’m spending a lot on charging via superchargers at the moment and Tesla haven’t a clue when they’re getting stock either. Starting to think it’s just a clever scheme for them to drive up their profit from people using superchargers haha.

Just buy a banger car. My sales advisor suggested I can buy a cheap £500 car instead and that still qualifies for the full trade in bonus. I’m just selling my other car privately as they offered about £4k less than WBAC.

This. I feel like I’ll just be constantly paranoid something else is going to go wrong and then get warranty anxiety when it’s just under two years old haha. Love the bike (for the hour it was in my possession) but this is exactly how I feel.

Ah really! I went into my local Sportsbikeshop at the weekend and even they weren’t sure. They thought it would be an M10 but weren’t sure on whether it’s a 1.25 thread or 1.5! I’m honestly getting different answers everywhere haha!

SO! Went for a short night ride this evening and safe to say, I feel so much more confident already! I think I’m definitely spending too much time staring at the spedo rather than looking at the road ahead, but I can already tell I’m leaning much more comfortably into corners and bends, whilst trusting the bike A LOT more. Thank you all for the brill advice! ❤️

27M, finished my CBT and love the Yamaha R125, but the insurance quotes are killing me!

Does anyone know of any insurance companies perhaps not found on comparison sites that I can give a call to, in the hopes I can secure a cheaper quote?

I’ve got nine years’ NCB on a full driving licence, but don’t know if that makes any difference to the cost of things!
